Prior to joining iCIMS, Dutter was employed with CareerBuilder.com in multiple positions from May of 2006 to February of 2010. As Director of Strategic Services, Dutter managed sales associates nationwide in the North American sector, which contributed over $700 million in annual revenue. Dutter also reestablished relations with the organization’s business partners in order to stimulate indirect sales revenue. Before Strategic Services, he was the International Director of Sales for CareerBuilder’s Western European division, where he was instrumental in expanding CareerBuilder’s global operations.
