Results from the research study, The State of Artificial Intelligence, Disruption and Innovation, are now available for free download. Looking ahead to the near future, HR professionals say the key area they expect to see the greatest potential to improve the HR function is in analytics and metrics (78%). This is followed by talent acquisition and learning and development.
The survey also points to the abilities to analyze (57%) and to predict (51%) as the top features HR professionals would like to see in AI-powered applications.
