Sability, a leading human capital management (HCM) consultancy dedicated to helping companies create the link between technology and tangible business results, was recently recognized for its rapid company growth and effective work environment in three separate industry awards
Sability helps companies understand their current HR technology software ecosystem and formulate comprehensive strategies and implementation systems to best serve their HCM (Human Capital Management) needs. With three-year sales growth of 192 percent, Sability garnered attention both nationally and locally.
In August, Inc. Magazine ranked Sability No. 2082 on its 33rd annual Inc. 500|5000, an exclusive ranking of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies. The list represents the most comprehensive look at the most important segment of the economy–America’s independent entrepreneurs. The 2014 Inc. 5000 list was unveiled online at Inc.com on August 20. Companies such as Yelp, Pandora, Timberland, Dell, Domino’s Pizza, LinkedIn, Zillow, and many other well-known names gained early exposure as members of the Inc. 500|5000.
In April, Sability was also recognized locally by Atlanta Business Chronicle’s annual Pacesetter Awards, in which Sability ranked #77 on the Top 100 companies selected. The Pacesetter Awards honor leaders of Atlanta’s 100 Fastest Growing Companies.
Noting that HR technology is at the nexus of the war for talent, CEO and Founder Scott Brown expressed appreciation for the recognition by Inc. Magazine and Atlanta Business Chronicle.
“As a fast-growing private business, we have positioned ourselves to be ahead of what is trending for Human Capital Management,” said Brown. “We’re honored and humbled to be on the Inc. 5000 List and included in the Pacesetter Awards alongside such good company. And, we’ll use this recognition to remind ourselves that it’s our clients who come first.”
Sability has built an effective organization alongside its rapid development. The Families and Work Institute (FWI) and the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) honored Sability as a three-time winner of the When Work Works Awards on September 25. The award, honors employers that have created effective workplaces based on six components: autonomy; work-life fit; supervisor support for work success; satisfaction with earnings, benefits and opportunities for advancement; opportunities for learning; and a culture of trust.
“We’re deeply honored to have been selected for this award for the third year running,” said Brown. “Working with HR departments across the country is our specialty so that makes this award all the more meaningful.”
This year, the company is celebrating its 21st anniversary as a premier HCM consultancy, providing vendor selection and HR software project management, analysis and implementation.
