Chapel Hill, NC – March 4, 2013 – The International Society for Performance Improvement announced their Board of Directors for 2013-2015. Bonnie Beresford, Mary Ellen Kassotakis, and Janet Buckenmeyer, vetted by the Nominations Committee, will join Lisa Toenniges, President, Jack Phillips, Past President, Cathy Brown, Treasurer, Lucky Newman, Director, and Brett Christensen, Director on the Board of Directors.
Bonnie Beresford is the Vice President of Client Services at Capital Analytics and will now be serving as a Director on ISPI’s Board of Directors. She has more than 20 years of experience in the field of human performance technology. She specializes in measurement, process improvement, training, and performance support. Her hallmark is ensuring any investment in people is tied to measurable business outcomes. A seasoned practitioner and consultant, Bonnie has led cross-functional client teams through process improvement engagements including needs analysis, alternatives evaluation, solutions development, implementation, and measurement.
She has served on Michigan ISPI Board of Directors for the past six years as VP Finance (twice) and President (including terms as president-elect and past president) and volunteered at the international level as a conference track chair, proposal reviewer, and member of the Chapter Partnership and Honorary Life Member Award committees.
