BIG Data and Recruitment: Managing Data in Light of the New Section 503 and VEVRAA Requirements

COLUMBIA, MD–September 17, 2014 Berkshire Associates, a leading human resources consulting and technology firm, releases its latest white paper, “BIG Data and Recruitment: How to Collect and Manage Applicant Data in Light of the New Veterans and Individuals with Disabilities Requirements” which discusses how Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs’ (OFCCP) VEVRAA and Section 503 regulations have impacted recruitment data collection requirements, and what contractors need to do to ensure compliance.

OFCCP’s new regulations contain much information about the changes federal contractors are required to make in their affirmative action plans. Contractors with large numbers of applicants and employees need to be particularly mindful of how the new regulations affect their processes and procedures.

This white paper will focus on how the new regulations will have an effect on applicant data collection and management, and how contractors with large amounts of data can best comply with the regulations, while efficiently managing their BIG data.
