April 29, 2014, Raleigh, NC – How does workplace trust affect bottom line performance? And what can leaders do to build trust for stronger business results?
Those questions and others are the focus of Interaction Associates Chief Innovation Officer Andy Atkins in a presentation at the 2014 Training Industry Conference and Expo in Raleigh, NC. Atkins will deliver a workshop titled “Building Trust- The Formula for High Performance: How Top Companies Drive Business Results with Trust, Leadership and Collaboration.” The session will cover insights from recent research on workplace trust, plus practical strategies to improve employee engagement and performance by building trust.
The annual Training Industry Conference and Expo is presented by Training Industry, Inc., to connect learning leaders from all over the globe, to help create new relationships, share ideas and explore innovative ways to drive results for learning organizations.
