Businessolver New Hire Focused on Maturing Client Delight Model

WEST DES MOINES, IA – Daniel Logue joins Businessolver, a leading benefits administration outsourcing partner for mid- and large-market employers, as the Assistant Vice President of Participant Services. In his new role, Logue will be responsible for providing leadership and vision to the client-serving Participant Services team.

As the company continues to grow, Logue will concentrate on ensuring client delight by creating stability and a scalable model for growth on his team. The Participant Services team consists of both Service Center and Fulfillment teams. The Service Center team features Life & Health-licensed representatives who consult with employees on the benefits available to them, while the Fulfillment team supports the generation and distribution of employee-level benefits communication.

Logue’s previous experience includes broad operations management experience that includes service center, processing, fulfillment, training, quality assurance, process improvement, and shared services responsibilities. Most recently, Logue was the Director of Operations at ADP. Prior to his role at ADP, Logue was the Manager of New Business Shared Services at Aviva.
