Clarkson University Partners with Modern Survey to gather 360-Degree Feedback

Minneapolis, MN, April 28, 2010 — Clarkson University has partnered with Modern Survey to administer a 360-degree leadership feedback program for senior members of the Clarkson team. The survey tool asked a series of questions related to “demonstration of key leadership” attributes and was designed to seek feedback from managers, peers, direct reports and Board of Trustee members. All subjects were also given the opportunity to self-assess.

Modern Survey’s state-of-the-art 360-degree feedback system was selected for its ease of implementation and its ability to help Clarkson meet very quick timelines with flawless execution and delivery. Providing a unique synthesis of service and technology, Modern Survey helped Clarkson complete this project while meeting aggressive timelines for administration and report-delivery.

Modern Survey CFO, Dan Riley, said, “Modern Survey is proud to partner with Clarkson University and to help them fulfill their mission of academic excellence.”
