Deana Calvelli Joins Buck Consultants as Vice President – Sales

NEW YORK: Aug. 9, 2010 – Deana Calvelli has joined Buck Consultants, A Xerox Company, as vice president – sales. She is based in the firm’s Berwyn, PA. office.

Calvelli will be responsible for providing sales leadership and driving the acquisition of new clients in the Northeast for Buck’s retirement, health and productivity, communication, compensation, and human capital management consulting practices. She will focus on the Philadelphia, Boston, and Washington, DC markets.

Calvelli has more than 20 years of experience in retirement and investment sales, relationship management, and consulting. Her expertise includes strategic selling in the large defined contribution and defined benefit plan market. She joins Buck from Wachovia Retirement Services, now a division of Wells Fargo. As sales director of large market/national accounts, she was a key contributor to the growth of what is now one of the nation’s largest retirement services providers.

Calvelli is a graduate of Duke University with a B.A. in economics and holds the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist designation through The Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania and the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans.

An active community leader, she contributes time and energy to several nonprofit organizations in the Philadelphia area. She is a Leadership Philadelphia Fellow and an active member of the Forum of Executive Women.
