Futurestep Adds U.S. RPO Director,
Enhancing Service Delivery to Meet Growing Demand
LOS ANGELES, January 27, 2010 — Futurestep, a Korn/Ferry Company (NYSE: KFY) specializing in talent acquisition solutions, today announced that Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) expert Laura Eaton has joined as a U.S. Director of its RPO Service Delivery team. Laura brings more than 20 years experience in the recruiting industry and extensive depth of knowledge in designing, implementing, and managing RPOs and on-site client relationships.
Prior to joining Futurestep, Laura spent 11 years with Bernard Hodes Group leading its recruitment process outsourcing division, Recruitment Enhancement Services (RES). She also served as general manager of strategic staffing solutions. Laura’s expertise in RPO and staffing is recognized in the industry through her work at companies such as Kellogg, Hershey and Comerica.
