PHILADELPHIA, February 9, 2016 – gr8 People Inc., a leader in enterprise recruiting software for Recruiting Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Corporate Enterprises, announced today that Dara Brenner has been named Chief Product Officer and will serve on the company’s Executive Leadership Team.
Dara will partner with CTO, Mike Cataldo, and the technology team to develop products for gr8 People’s next phase of product growth and market leadership. As Chief Product Officer, Dara’s areas of responsibility include product vision, product design and development, and product marketing and evangelism.
Dara comes to gr8 People with more than 20 years of experience building and leading diverse technology teams in a product management capacity. Most recently, she worked at Automated Data Processing where she served as Vice President of Product Management in ADP’s Innovation Lab. Dara and her team were responsible for re-imagining Human Capital Management (HCM) processes and products through innovative technologies such as search, mobile, social, user experience and analytics.
During her career at ADP, Dara was the visionary for key product advancements such as the introduction of a self-service portal solution as well as the company’s first ever complete HCM solution for large employers. In both cases, she developed the vision for and had ultimate product management accountability – from execution through deployment of these instrumental cloud-based solutions.
In her previous roles at ADP, Dara was responsible for the HCM portfolio supporting the National Account Services business, which focuses on U.S.-based clients with 1,000 or more employees across the globe. The breadth and depth of this portfolio included software and services for the HR, benefits, payroll, time and labor and talent management domains.
Prior to ADP, Dara held key product management positions at multiple HCM technology companies such as Employease (later acquired by ADP) and TALX Corporation (later acquired by Equifax).
