WOBURN, Mass. - October 13, 2009 - HealthcareSource®, the leading provider of talent management solutions for the healthcare industry, today officially announced four new customer-focused programs. Initially revealed during the Company’s 7th annual user conference in Boston, Massachusetts from October 5-7, the new programs are designed to support, recognize, engage, and evangelize HealthcareSource’s client base of more than 1,000 hospitals nationwide.
HealthcareSource’s 3-day conference for clients, filled with expert-driven sessions and client roundtable discussions, was designed to help healthcare recruiting and human resources professionals perform their jobs more efficiently, particularly during today’s challenging economic environment. As part of HealthcareSource’s continuing commitment to its clients, the Company shared the details of the new customer programs to conference attendees first. Announced live by Peter Segall, CEO of HealthcareSource, the news included a partnership with the American Hospital Association’s (AHA) Career Center; the formation of a strategic advisory council; the Talent-in-Talent Awards program for clients; and HealthcareSource Community Marketplace, a feature within the HealthcareSource Community site.
“We’re thrilled to formally announce these new programs to our clients and the entire healthcare HR industry. Since the Company’s inception, our mission has been to help our clients recruit, develop, and retain the best healthcare talent possible through our leading product suite and client-facing support and education,” said Segall. “These new programs enable us to take it one step further by creating a forum to listen to our clients, recognize their success, and provide them with additional products and services that will help them do their jobs even more effectively.”
