HR.com, the largest social network and human resources (HR) resource and educational site for HR professionals and HR related suppliers and vendors, is refining product offerings free for its 290,000 members in their pursuit to “enable smart HR Professionals to be smarter”. Through the distribution of twelve monthly HR themed epublications, HR.com helps organizations educate and inspire their workforces by enabling employees to reach their goals, be innovative, embrace and drive change, and, in turn, help build strong companies.
Starting in February, the formerly titled monthly publication Sales and Service Excellence Essentials will be repositioned as HCM Sales, Marketing and Alliance Excellence Essentials. The Human Capital Management (HCM) Sales focused edition will be an interactive online publication focusing exclusively on the HCM space. With distribution to more than 35,000 current subscribers, this epublicaton will also be available to HR vendors or partners that are part of the HR.com community. Every month, this epublication endeavors to educate and inform marketing, sales and alliance professionals on the most up-to-date and best practices for each of these domains within the HCM space.
To complement the HCM sales themed publication, a new online community will also be launched to help members share and acquire industry expert content, best practices, case studies, and benchmark data and to keep them informed and educated on the latest HCM sales content.
Interested experts in the HCM sales and marketing space or any other HR track are invited to submit articles to be published in the Excellence Essentials series at www.hr.com/SubmitContent. Interested subscribers for any of the Excellence Essentials publications can register for free on HR.com. Companies seeking advertising opportunities in any of the 12 epublications can visit www.hr.com/ExcellenceEssentials.
“We work with so many amazing sales and marketing professionals in the HCM space, this epub and community will create a platform to share and celebrate all of the great work that they are doing ,” stated Mark Willaman, CEO, HRmarketer.
“Seeing how HR Tech companies are starting to make a dramatic shift from direct sales and service to indirect sales and marketing via partnerships and alliances, we’re thrilled to be part of a go-to publication that will track the dynamics of this industry movement,” said Ward Christman, Founder & Chief Advisor, HR Tech Advisor. “We intend to help capture the stories behind the driving forces responsible for new ways HCM solution providers are delivering excellence in this new API world of collaboration.”
