Resilient Talent Management that Delivers” at the Minnesota Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) annual conference on Monday, October 3. The event will take place at 2:45 p.m. EST.
Dr. Simpson is a registered industrial and organizational psychologist with more than three decades of experience developing and implementing talent management systems that propel organizations to higher levels of success and encourage respectful and welcoming work environments. As part of the annual SHRM conference, she will present real life solutions to integrating best practices into talent management and assessments.
