HRSG Thought Leader to Examine Talent Management Resilience on Virtual Stage September 13

OTTAWA, CANADA / September 12, 2011 — HRSG consultant Shaun Vollick will share lively case studies and human resources technology solutions in his presentation, “Prove it to Me! Resilient Talent Management that Delivers” on Tuesday, September 13 at 12:30 p.m., as part of the Institute for Human Resources’ virtual performance management conference.

Vollick is one of HRSG’s leading consultants and brings a wealth of background in human resources technology solutions. He is currently working to develop an online suite of tools to assist displaced Canadian workers.

This presentation will focus on solutions for talent management and performance assessment in light of global economic trends. Those who attend will leave with a deep understanding of talent management strategies based on best practices in the field.

Vollick’s current research focus is on individuals who are marginalized in the workplace with a focus on sexuality and gender issues. He is involved with assisting in the integration of Canadian newcomers through volunteer work. Vollick has been recognized for his work in employment diversity by being appointed by the Ottawa City Council as a member of the city’s Equity and Diversity Advisory Committee.
