The International Association for Human Resource Information Management (IHRIM), the world’s leading clearinghouse for the HRIM (Human Resource Information Management) industry, is pleased to welcome three new members to its 2013 Board of Directors.

Combined with the returning IHRIM members to the Board of Directors, the depth and breadth of insights & experience in the HRIS/HRMS industry is second to none.”
The three new board members joining the IHRIM Board beginning January 1, 2013 are:
Joyce Brown, HRIP, Director HR Systems, Brink’s Inc.
Joyce Brown directs all aspects of the human resource system. She has more than 20 years of progressive experience and has been project manager for multiple HR system implementations.
Gary Morlock, HRIP, Senior TRM Project Manager, Qualcomm, Inc.
Gary Morlock works with highly diverse and dispersed project teams, interacting with all levels of employees throughout a project. He has managed IT projects of differing sizes and has 19+ years of HR technology experience.
Sherry Timmerman, Director, HR Advisory Services, Federated Co-operatives Limited
Sherry Timmerman provides direction and guidance to the human resources advisory services employees in all Federated Co-operatives Limited home, region and subsidiary operations. She has been both a practitioner and a consultant and has had diverse experience in public, private and non-profit sectors.
Elected for a second term to IHRIM’s Board of Directors are:
David Brook, HRIP, Administrative Leader, Permanente Human Resources, Kaiser Permanente (SCPMG)
David Brook has responsibility for operations across the HR functions, including HR Systems, for Kaiser Permanente, whose mission is to provide high-quality, affordable health care services.
Mario Ellis, HRIP, Director Compensation & HR Systems, University of Chicago Medical Center
Mario Ellis is responsible for the Compensation and HRIS teams streamlining business processes, facilitating policy and procedure enforcement, automating pay for performance systems, and aligning with business areas as a strategic HR resource for a population of over 6,000 employees.

Dave Binda, HRIP, CHRP,CCP, President, HR Results, Ltd.
John Greer, HRIP, SPHR, Senior Consultant, Collective HR Solutions
