Boston, MA – March 2, 2015. The global performance improvement and collaborative leadership firm, Interaction Associates (IA), has launched an online survey for feedback into gender issues on the job and workplace conditions that affect the advancement of women leaders.
IA’s research on women in the workplace — and, specifically, the challenges to women attaining top leadership positions — is designed to inform the firm’s ongoing work helping organizations address existing gender bias and developing strategies to advance women leaders.
“The lack of representation of women in to leadership is an ongoing issue in many organizations,” said Deborah Rocco, Senior Consultant and Women in Leadership Practice Leader. “It’s not that companies aren’t aware, because they are. What they lack are successful strategies to address the problem. And it is definitely a problem: in fact, recent research shows that one of the most certain ways to assure a high-performing team is to make sure it includes at least one woman,” she added.
The survey takes less than five minutes to complete, and responses can be completely anonymous. At the end of the survey, participants may leave their email addresses to receive a white paper analysis of the survey results. Participants may only take the survey once, and are invited to share the link with colleagues and on social media sites.
The survey will remain open through March 20, 2015.
