March 21, 2012. Boston, MA – Kevin Cuthbert has joined Interaction Associates (IA), a 43-year leadership development innovator that helps organizations drive business success by building high-involvement cultures.

As Chief Consulting Officer at IA, Cuthbert leads the firm’s consulting group, as well as IA’s extensive global talent network of affiliates and partners. Cuthbert also serves on the firm’s Strategic Leadership Team, working in partnership with client, sales, marketing, and operations leaders.
Cuthbert has nearly three decades of experience in helping organizations to achieve their objectives by developing leaders and managers. He is a co-author with Karlin Sloan and Alan Graham of the upcoming book, “Lemonade, the Leader’s Guide to Resilience at Work.”
Cuthbert formerly served as Chief Collaboration Officer for Karlin Sloan & Company (KS&C) where he oversaw sales, client relations and operations. KS&C is a leadership development consulting firm, and strategic partner to IA, that specializes in executive coaching. Kevin also served as the worldwide head of Human Resources for Swissotel, and was the COO of a Chicago-based consulting firm. He also spent significant time working at the Gallup Organization, where he contributed to the research and writing of the book, “First, Break all the Rules,” by Marcus Buckingham and Curt Coffman.
Cuthbert holds an MBA from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago, where he also has served on the faculty. He has sat on a number of for-profit and not-for-profit boards in the US and Switzerland.
