Interaction Associates Nominated for 2010 New England Innovation Awards

(CAMBRIDGE, MA) Interaction Associates, a 40-year innovator of advanced methods for developing leaders and learning solutions that improve performance, has been nominated for the 2010 Smaller Business Association of New England (SBANE) New England Innovation Awards.

For the past 25 years, this prestigious award has included some of the most recognizable companies in its Circle of Excellence – such as Staples, Nantucket Nectars, Ben & Jerry’s, Brooks Automation, Direct Tire, Enzyme, Security Dynamics, Imagitas!, Aurora Imaging Corporation and iRobot.

“We’re honored that Interaction Associates has been nominated for this award,” said Linda Dunkel, President and CEO. “Interaction Associate’s record of innovation is unmatched in the areas of collaboration, including cross-sector collaboration, leadership development, and, more recently, learning and development technology.”

Interaction Associates’ nomination was based in part on its unique web-based content platform called Total Access. Total Access allows users to download and customize learning and performance improvement methods and tools to support strategic business goals, cutting learning design time by half. Total Access enables learning designers and leaders to mix-and-match more than 500 learning objects for maximum flexibility, efficiency, and cost-savings. Interaction Associates was also nominated for its creation of an innovative application for the Apple i-phone that supports use of Total Access.

A field of 16 finalists from among the 200 nominees will be announced in the next few weeks.
