Leadership and Organization Development Expert, Stephen E. Monk, Joins Consulting Practice at Interaction Associates

BOSTON, MA, May 30, 2013 – Stephen E. Monk has joined Interaction Associates (IA), a 43-year leadership development innovator that helps organizations drive business success by building high-involvement cultures.

Monk’s experience extends across 20 years in leadership, organizational development, and change management – as both client and consultant – including creating differentiated customer experiences for service sector organizations.

Prior to joining Interaction Associates, he was a Director in the Talent Management and Organizational Design practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers and worked with clients in service of their talent development requirements. Monk also served in multiple roles at the Forum Corporation, an organization committed to helping companies execute their strategy and accelerate results through their people. He has also worked with a number of niche consulting firms focused on developing customized learning solutions.

Monk holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Michigan State University. He also has a Bachelor’s degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology in Food, Hotel, and Travel Management. He has served as an adjunct professor at Bay State College in Boston, teaching undergraduate courses in marketing.
