DES MOINES, Iowa — Legal insurer ARAG® has earned a Gold Award for outstanding writing from Hermes Creative Awards for the white paper “Legal Needs of Today’s Multi-Generational Workforce.”
The award-winning white paper presented the results of a national study, commissioned by ARAG and conducted by Russell Research, on the legal concerns and experiences of four generations of American workers in the modern workplace. The study reported that nine out of 10 people were concerned about personal legal matters and seven out of 10 people experienced family, financial, home or other legal-related needs during a 12-month period.
Ann Dieleman, Senior Vice President at ARAG, says, “Individual life stages and life styles may be different, but people of all ages have legal concerns and experiences that bridge the generations. The study showed that legal events can happen to anyone at any time, yet most people don’t have a plan to pay for legal expenses that could occur.”
