Many of these future impacts are well known, such as how social networks and multi-media will evolve and become further integrated into our work lives and HR software, but there are emerging trends in areas such as Marketing, Diversity, Ethics, Innovation, Consumerism, Globalization and Health that will also impact our work and employee environments in ways that are less obvious. In this session, users will learn why they should be aware of these trends, the impact future trends are likely to have on HR and how HR and people systems will need to adapt.
