Minneapolis, February 1, 2010 — Ceridian Corporation, a leading provider of managed human resource, employee benefits administration, tax filing and payroll outsourcing solutions announced today that Mondial Assistance USA, an Allianz company, and a global leader in specialty insurance and emergency assistance services, has selected Ceridian to help the company manage its payroll, benefits, time management and related HR services.

As part of Mondial’s review process the Company wanted to identify some of the key benefits it would realize from a change to Ceridian’s solutions. A Ceridian team worked with Mondial using a proprietary return on investment (ROI) tool that helped Mondial identify significant savings of time and money.
“We hope to realize the cost savings primarily through eliminating or reducing redundant and manual transaction processing and by avoiding the hire of additional full time associates as the company grows” added Dixon. “We also expect to realize further benefits by reducing COBRA and FSA administrative costs and reducing IT maintenance, licensing and upgrade fees.”
