New ACT Bridge Survey to Gauge Measurement of Talent Investments

ATLANTA, Nov. 5, 2012—Employers across the country are invited to take part in a survey regarding their organizations’ talent-related investments and how they go about measuring their return on these investments. The survey—which is open to business leaders, human resources professionals and other personnel who are involved in talent acquisition and management—is being issued by ACT Bridge, a provider of evidence-based workforce management tools and services.

The survey is comprised of 14 questions that explore organizations’ RTI—Return on Talent Investment. All respondents will be automatically entered into a drawing to win an iPad mini. The survey will remain open until November 15. Participants will receive and advance copy of the survey results in December, before they are released at large in January.

“ACT Bridge is sponsoring this survey because we want to help employers better understand the decisions, practices and trends that impact their talent investments,” said Kurt Ballard, ACT Bridge chief marketing officer. “The results of this survey and our future surveys will provide a unique set of insights that will benefit key decision makers throughout the enterprise market. Today’s employers are increasingly aware that the success of their organizations and their ability to execute business strategies effectively are directly dependent on the quality of the talent they hire.
