The NICHE learning management system (LMS), known as the NICHE Knowledge Center, offers tools and resources for nurses and other healthcare providers to implement and sustain their NICHE programs. HealthcareSource NetLearning Learning Management System Software will allow NICHE to provide member organizations the ability to access NICHE courses and webinars on the NICHE Knowledge Center or on their own hospitals’ learning management systems. The collaboration will also provide a more advanced LMS platform to host the full NICHE Knowledge Center which houses several geriatric-specific online courses and hundreds of webinars, project management tools, and other tools to develop and support improved outcomes and quality in geriatric care. The NICHE Knowledge Center is used by hospitals to achieve NICHE designation via the NICHE Leadership Training Program, a six-week online program.
