Durham, NC — November 5, 2012 — The Association for Educational Communications and Technology (AECT) awarded the Design and Development Division’s 2012 Outstanding Book Award to “Trends and Issues in Instructional Design and Technology” edited by Robert A. Reiser and John V. Dempsey.
Bonnie Beresford, VP of Client Services at Capital Analytics, co-authored the chapter “The Development and Evolution of Human Performance Improvement” with Dr. Harold Stolovitch of Harold Stolovitch and Associates.
The Design and Development Division represents the interests of AECT members concerned with systematic development (including design, evaluation and management) of instruction. The purpose of the Division is to promote the quality and effectiveness of teaching and learning.
