CHICAGO, IL— August 17, 2010 — Perspectives Ltd, a Chicago-based workplace resources firm specializing in the nationwide delivery of employee assistance programs (EAPs), has acquired Creative Care Management (CCM), an EAP with a similar high-touch service delivery model and philosophy, in a deal that will benefit both organizations and their customers.
In addition to increasing its revenue base, the purchase allows Perspectives to deepen its footprint in the education and small government categories and increase its presence in the Chicagoland area. The move is a step in Perspectives’ long-term growth plan which includes pursuit of similar acquisitions.
Additionally, former CCM CEO Mike Davis will join Perspectives as Vice President of Account Services to ensure a seamless transition and support business development.
Enhanced services provided to CCM customers will include: access to a wider array of services, 24/7 call center support staffed by Masters-level counselors, additional online services, tools and features, and increased communications support — to encourage utilization of the EAP benefit within the workplace.
Customers of both companies can expect a consistent or enhanced service experience.
