Waco, TX. February 21, 2014 – Global assessment solutions provider, Profiles International, announced the schedule for a variety of talent management webinars occurring in March of 2014.
Each month, Profiles International hosts complimentary online talent management sessions in which attendees learn about business, leadership, and human resource topics. At the end of each session, attendees leave with new knowledge of skills and strategies to put into action in their businesses.
Scheherazade “Sherry” Perkins, VP of Enterprise Solutions, will conduct Profiles International’s first March webinar, titled “Hiring Strategies for Leaders that Share the Helm,” on March 6 at 11:00 a.m. CST. This webinar will focus on shared leadership, the attributes of leaders who thrive in team leadership settings, and the development of hiring strategies using psychometric instruments for leaders that share the helm.
The second webinar, “Actionable Data Can Take the Guesswork Out of the Hiring Process,” will be hosted by John Bradford, Sr. VP of Coaching and Consulting at Profiles, joined by guest speaker Mike Hopkins, Sr. VP of Corporate Sales, on March 13 at 11:00 a.m. CST. The session will focus on improving employee retention and reducing training costs through the implementation of effective recruiting and hiring.
The following webinar, titled “Emotional Intelligence: Mastering the Pre-hire Process: Industry Experts Speak,” is scheduled for March 18 at 10:00 a.m. CST, and will be presented by Profiles’ Organization Development Strategist, Dr. Greg Stewart. The webinar will focus on the positive impact Profiles’ assessments have had within large organizations by increasing efficiency and effectiveness in candidate selection and job placement. Key topics in this session will include personality, emotional intelligence, leadership, communication, and development.
The fourth and final webinar is titled, “Emotional Intelligence: The Essentials of Conflict Resolution for Front Line Managers.” Attendees will have the opportunity to understand the background to conflict, and techniques for practicing conflict resolution. This session will take place March 27 at 10:00 a.m. CST.
