TROY, Mich. (May 14, 2014) ̶ Kelly Outsourcing and Consulting (KellyOCG(R)) announced today that Richard (Rick) Koonce has joined The Ayers Group as Director, Executive Coaching & Development. The Ayers Group is a full-service talent management consulting firm, headquartered in New York, and is a division of Kelly Services(R), a leader in providing workforce solutions. The Ayers Group offers talent management consulting services including career transition and executive coaching.
In his new position, Rick will provide coaching services and be responsible for managing client coaching engagements in the New Jersey market. He is based in Princeton and Parsippany, New Jersey.
Rick’s passion is coaching executives and managers as they oversee change, build strong leadership teams, enhance their executive/leadership presence, and communicate effectively with key internal and external stakeholders. An accomplished international leadership coach, Rick has worked with executives and teams in North America, South America, Europe, Africa, and Asia. The co-author of six books, including Growing Leaders (ASTD), he has coached executives at all levels in a diverse range of industries including banking and financial services, professional services, pharma, healthcare, creative services, publishing, aerospace, and defense. He has also worked extensively with nonprofits, non-governmental organizations, academic institutions, and federal government agencies.

Prior to joining The Ayers Group, Rick ran a highly successful coaching and consulting practice for 20 years, and served clients both in the United States and around the world. Previously, he served in different capacities for two HR consulting firms in the Washington, DC area.
In addition to being an executive coach, Rick is also a skilled facilitator and retreat leader who has delivered training and facilitated teambuilding programs for companies and nonprofit organizations across the United States. He earned a master’s degree from Georgetown University and a bachelor’s degree from The College of William and Mary.
