The new Salary Payback Bonus Program gives associates the chance to win up to 40% of their salary. Appreciation prizes add excitement to each week with the chance to win great bonuses like gift cards, tickets, games and the brand new Kindle Fire. The successful Safety Bucks program helps keep associates working safely, culminating in the final event of the season, the Associate Silent Auction, which is back again this season by popular demand.

Staff Management | SMX is hiring for both full and part-time positions that start at $9.25 and up per hour, depending on location. Previous distribution experience is a plus, but not required. These positions offer paid training and benefit options as well as weekly paychecks.
