Child support orders represent the single largest source of garnishment requests to which employers must respond, and the wage garnishment process is often a burden on HR and Payroll departments. Due to the development of the federally sponsored Electronic Income Withholding Order (e-IWO) project, organizations can benefit from automating their garnishment process for greater efficiency and enhanced compliance.
