In addition to releasing the newest version of Sendouts at the conference, Sendouts is providing luxury transportation to recruiters in attendance.

While TechServe Conference attendees will be able to take advantage of the Sendouts rock star treatment in Miami, Sendouts customers nationwide will be able to take advantage of their most requested features in Sendouts v8.9.

The newest Sendouts release features improvements to social recruiting, referral source tracking, back office integration, and document management. Job posting has been streamlined, including easier posting to LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter. To track the effectiveness of job broadcasting activities, the “Sendouts Score” has been introduced to gauge candidate quality per referral source.
Version 8.9 brings two-way integration with SpringAhead. Now, recruiters can automatically import time cards from SpringAhead. This allows for easy time and margin reporting to track employee production.
A new integration with EchoSign is also present in the this release. Merged documents, like fee agreements and offer letters, can be easily created and sent out for eSignature. With a better way for managing documents, recruiters can get contracts signed faster and close more business.
