DiSimone has more than 15 years of management experience. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated her ability to improve operational methods resulting in increased productivity and better cost management. Most recently, DiSimone held the position of Director of Operations at Hireright where she was responsible for vendor and operations management. In addition to leading 175 employees and 800 vendors domestically and globally at Hireright, DiSimone was instrumental in re-engineering their operations process and developing techniques for improved product delivery.
As Vice President of Operations with Accurate Background, DiSimone will be responsible for implementing strategic initiatives that enhance the operations model, optimize efficiencies, and ensure national and global compliance for the organization.
