AIRS Professional Recruiter Certification can be obtained following the completion of the full day class and accompanying certification exam. Designed for all levels of recruiters, the course breaks down the lifecycle, best practices and outcomes for every stage of the recruiting process.
For those with less than a year in the recruiting function, the class offers the chance to build a solid foundation of knowledge and skills. For more experienced recruiters, the class provides an opportunity for those who want to hone their skills and learn new best practices and resources to aid in their professional development.
