Inform Announces New Workshop on Critical Decisions in Launching Workforce Analytics

The 3-hour session, titled “Rollout Planning for Workforce Analytics: Critical Decisions in Launching a Measurement Program” will be offered as a complimentary pre-Conference workshop on Sunday, April 18th, ahead of the full Inform 2010 Workforce Analytics & Planning Conference (April 19th and 20th, in Washington, DC).

Featuring a mix of lecture, case examples, individual assignments, and group discussion, the workshop walks participants through a step-by-step framework of critical decisions to consider when designing a workforce analytics program. Attendees will leave the session with a draft rollout plan for use at their organization.
