Dayton, Ohio, January 26, 2010 – HR Chally, a research-based talent management company announced the hiring of Chris Holmes, Ph.D. as its new Senior Research Consultant. With 22 years of experience in designing and implementing organization effectiveness strategies, Dr. Holmes will be responsible for managing technical resources for large-scale client validation studies, leading ROI programs for clients, and he will serve as technical lead for new product development. In addition, he will drive ongoing internal research initiatives and continued process improvement as Chally continues to expand offerings.
Prior to joining HR Chally, Dr. Holmes served as an Executive Consultant for TalentQuest, an Atlanta-based talent management firm, and was the Principal Organizational Effectiveness Consultant for the Baskin Group, a consulting firm located in North Carolina where he focused his practice on developing new selection systems, creating leadership development and succession planning programs, designing compensation systems and supporting the implementation of IT delivery platforms for human resources processes for client organizations. Dr. Holmes also served as a Principal Consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers and Practice Area Director for Hoffman Research Associates.
Dr. Holmes has several technical publications and professional conference presentations on human performance and organizational effectiveness. Among his honors and awards, he served as a peer reviewer for the NASA Life Sciences Countermeasures Workshops, received a US Department of Energy Award for Hanford Strategic Mission Planning, attended the Wellcome London Business School Executive Management Development Programme, and was a recipient of Rice University’s Presidential Recognition Award while in graduate school. He is affiliated with the American Psychological Association and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
