With the Harrison system, recruiters and hiring managers can pre-assess the eligibility and suitability of candidates before reviewing resumes, significantly cutting screening times. Its Smart Questionnaire measures 156 traits, creates multiple groups of a select number of statements, and then ranks them against each other. Each statement also appears in two different groups, allowing over 8100 comparisons and equaling 2700 multiple-choice questions. HATS also detects false answers and pierces self-deception. Applicants can complete the questionnaire in less than 30 minutes, equivalent to full day of multiple-choice testing. Screening is cut from days to minutes.
