(Alpharetta, GA) March 19, 2010 — Accountability, business metrics and company communications can all be managed by the Process Based Leadership ScoreCard®, a Web-based software program from Competitive Solutions, Inc. (CSI).
The leadership training and consulting company is excited to announce the release of Version 2.6 of its PBL ScoreCard®. Based on user feedback, this new release is packed with valuable upgrades. PBL ScoreCard® also provides improvements in usability and performance.
Version 2.6 uses the non-negotiable processes of CSI’s Process Based Leadership® and offers enhanced data importing features including auto import and scheduling; the ability to schedule automatic data captures from many different sources; LDAP integration for single sign-on and user management; a new navigation mode that allows one-click access to a team’s scorecard, meeting, and performance charts; and new graphing and reporting options.
In addition, users can create and link custom performance charts for enhanced reporting and analysis, and they have the ability to create distribution lists. All PBL ScoreCard® users now have the option to archive multiple actions in one step. There is the addition of multi-select features to simplify software configuration.
“PBL ScoreCard® Software has allowed us to keep all of our metrics, actions and documents in one location, which has made managing our business more efficient,” said John Hrdlick, Sr. Vice President of Operations / Distribution, INX. “In the past, we attempted to build scorecards in Excel spreadsheets, but our many, many action items were in multiple files. We also had difficulty finding all of the right documents associated with our metrics and actions, as they were located in many different places on our network. Now, PBL ScoreCard® puts all of this in one place and at our fingertips.”
“With PBL ScoreCard, information is reported and communicated in real time,” said Amber Dile, Human Resources Administrator, Brazeway. “The software has totally re-energized our teams’ interest in the scorecard process. I think the great visuals in red, green and yellow encourage teams to complete their actions. Each team knows that all levels of leadership have access to the visuals on their scorecards. No one can hide or deny actions that are below standards.”
CSI offers Free PBL ScoreCard® 30 day trials. Visit the CSI website at www.pblscorecard.com for more information or to attend a demonstration.
