This updated version of iVantage includes several features that will enhance the overall functionality of iVantage 5.0, including the addition of a Training and Development module to complete the Talent Management suite.

The added Training and Development features allow HR professionals to prepare their workforces for the future. With the ability to schedule, track and manage training programs through an enhanced training calendar, HR professionals can make it easy for their workforces to pursue training opportunities.

Through Training and Development, HR professionals can also keep track of new skill sets employees have earned and what skill sets managers would like employees to have. Combined with Performance Reviews and Candidate Self-Service, the Training and Development module creates a complete Talent Management suite to compliment the best-in-class iVantage HRIS.
