MILTON, Fla., May 1, 2012 — Ropella’s Executive Search practice is experiencing record revenues and 50 percent growth so far this calendar year, including 30 percent personnel growth.
The Ropella Group recently celebrated their 26th anniversary, and in spite of continuing economic obstacles are experiencing record growth. So far this year, Ropella has seen a 50 percent increase in new search assignments, and they have been hiring steadily as well to manage the new growth. New hires have increased Ropella’s staff by 30 percent in just the past five months. Ropella is a global leader in the retained executive search community – focusing on high technology clients, in spite of maintaining a staff of less than 50 associates. During the recession, Ropella has been very effectively minimizing overhead to ensure maximum growth and focusing on investment potential.
